These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and participation in the webinar ("Webinar") provided by Exosoft Development LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company operating in British Columbia, Canada.

By registering for this Webinar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.

1. WEBINAR ACCESS AND REGISTRATION

1.1. This Webinar is provided at no cost to registered participants.

1.2. Registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, transfer, or provide your registration credentials to any other person.

1.3. The Webinar is pre-recorded and will be available for viewing at the scheduled time only. There will be no replay or recording made available after the live session.

1.4. If you miss the scheduled session, you will not have access to the content again.

1.5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our sole discretion.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTIONS

2.1. All content presented during the Webinar, including but not limited to presentation materials, n8n automation templates, advertising methods, strategies, and any other information shared, is the exclusive property of Exosoft Development LTD and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

2.2. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Recording the Webinar in any format (audio, video, or screen recording)

  • Taking screenshots or screen captures of any portion of the Webinar

  • Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any Webinar content without our express written permission

  • Reverse engineering or attempting to replicate our proprietary methods or templates

2.3. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

3. RESOURCES AND MATERIALS

3.1. Certain resources and materials may be provided to participants at the conclusion of the Webinar.

3.2. These materials are provided for your personal use only and are subject to the same intellectual property restrictions outlined in Section 2.

3.3. We reserve the right to modify, withhold, or revoke access to any materials at our discretion.

4. PROMOTIONAL CONTENT

4.1. This Webinar may include promotional content for our paid community membership program.

4.2. Any purchase of products or services promoted during the Webinar will be subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.

4.3. We reserve the right to modify pricing, offerings, or promotional content at any time without notice.

  • Your attendance or inability to attend the Webinar

  • Use or inability to use any information, materials, or resources provided

  • Any actions you take based on Webinar content

  • Technical difficulties or service interruptions

6.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exosoft Development LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Webinar content or violation of these Terms.

7. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND INTERRUPTIONS

7.1. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and technical capabilities to access the Webinar.

7.2. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties, service interruptions, or issues preventing your access to the Webinar.

7.3. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for technical issues on your end.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

8.1. Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications related to the Webinar, including reminders and access information.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.

9.2. Your continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. WEBINAR MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION

10.1. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Webinar at any time for any reason.

10.2. In the event of cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants but are not liable for any inconvenience or damages resulting from such changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Webinar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

12. SEVERABILITY

12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

13.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Exosoft Development LTD regarding the Webinar and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
